Services in Australia

• Pre-move Consultation – Our Relocation Consultants will come to your home or office to meet with you and discuss your requirements and help with pre-planning your overseas move. We will provide you with an International Relocation Guide and customs information on the country your intending to relocate to. If you are traveling with children, we’ll also provide kids guides for their new country.
  
• Packing & Preparation – All packing and preparation is completed in your home. Our specialized packing teams are highly experienced in the art of internationally wrapping furniture and packing cartons for long distance transportation. A full inventory and furniture condition report is also taken for a seamless relocation.
  
• Removal Service – Your goods will be professionally packed into a shipping container at your home. The container is then booked on the first available vessel and taken to Port Botany for loading onto the ship.
  
• Track ‘n’ Trace – This is a free service that enables you to follow your consignment around the world 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the internet.

Services in Destination Country

• Consignment Clearance & Delivery – When your consignment arrives at the destination port, your goods will be cleared by customs officials. When the goods are cleared, our destination office will deliver your goods to your new residence.
  
• Delivery & Unpacking – upon delivery of your consignment, our removal crew will place your furniture into the desired rooms and unwrap and unpack all furniture and cartons. The used packing materials are taken away with the delivery crew.
  
• Storage – if you are unable to receive your goods when they are cleared, we can store your goods for any length of time at any of our destination offices.
