Services in Australia

• Pre-move Consultation – Our Relocation Consultants will come to your home or office to meet with you and discuss your requirements and help with pre-planning your overseas move. We will provide you with an International Relocation Guide and customs information on the country to which you are intending to relocate.
• Packing & Preparation – All packing and preparation is completed in your home. Our specialised packing teams are highly experienced in the art of international wrapping of furniture and packing cartons for export.  A full inventory and furniture condition report is also produced for a seamless relocation.
• Removal Service – Your effects will be professionally packed into a shipping container at your home. The container is then booked on the first available vessel and taken to the Port of Export for shipping.

Services in Destination Country

• Consignment Clearance & Delivery – When your consignment arrives at the destination port, your goods will be cleared by customs officials. Once clearance has been completed, our destination agent will deliver your goods to your new residence.
• Delivery & Unpacking – Upon delivery of your consignment, the removal crew will place your furniture into the desired rooms, unwrap and unpack the furniture and cartons. The used packing materials and debris are taken away by the delivery crew.
• Storage – If you are unable to receive your goods when they are cleared, we can arrange to store your goods for any length of time at our destination agent's premises.
